Grievous hurt caused whilst committing lurking house-trespass or house-breaking

Whoever, whilst committing lurking house-trespass or house-breaking, causes grievous hurt to any person or attempts to cause death of grievous hurt to any person, shall be punished with 142[imprisonment] for life, or imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.
