Causing grievous hurt by rush driving or riding on a public way

112[338A. Whoever causes grievous hurt to any person by driving any vehicle or riding on any public way so rashly or negligently as to endanger human life, or the personal safety of others shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to 113[two years], or with fine, or with both.]
