Punishment for kidnapping
OF OFFENCES AFFECTING THE HUMAN BODY
Whoever kidnaps any person from Bangladesh or from lawful guardianship, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may extend to seven years, and shall also be liable to fine.
