Section 236Chapter XII

Abetting in Bangladesh the counterfeiting out of Bangladesh of coin

OF OFFENCES RELATING TO COIN AND GOVERNMENT STAMPS

Whoever, being within Bangladesh, abets the counterfeiting of coin out of Bangladesh shall be punished in the same manner as if he abetted the counterfeiting of such coin within Bangladesh.
