Abetment in Bangladesh, of offences outside it
OF ABETMENT
30[108A. A person abets an offence within the meaning of this Code who, in Bangladesh, abets the commission of any act without and beyond Bangladesh which would constitute an offence committed in Bangladesh.] Abetment in Bangladesh of offences outside it A, in Bangladesh, instigates B, a foreigner in Goa, to commit a murder in Goa. A is guilty of abetting murder.
