Immoveable Property under a contract for sale not to be transferred
OF TRANSFERS OF PROPERTY BY ACT OF PARTIES
9[53B. No immoveable property under a contract for shall be transferred except to the vendee so long the contract subsists, unless the contract is lawfully rescinded, and any transfer made otherwise shall be void.
