When words may be supplied

Where any word material to the full expression of the meaning has been omitted, it may be supplied by the context. The testator gives a legacy of "five hundred" to his daughter A and a legacy of "five hundred Taka" to his daughter B. A will take a legacy of five hundred Taka.
