Section 319Chapter VII
As to property of, and debts owing to, deceased
OF THE DUTIES OF AN EXECUTOR OR ADMINISTRATOR
The executor or administrator shall collect, with reasonable diligence, the property of the deceased and the debts that were due to him at the time of his death.
