Commission or agency charges
OF THE POWERS OF AN EXECUTOR OR ADMINISTRATOR
An executor or administrator shall not be entitled to receive or retain any commission or agency charges at a higher rate than that for the time being fixed in respect of the Administrator General by or under the Administrator General's Act, 1913.
