Appointment of public curators
OF GIFTS IN CONTEMPLATION OF DEATH
The Government may appoint public curators for any district or number of districts; and the District Judge having jurisdiction shall nominate such public curators in all cases where the choice of a curator is left discretionary with him under this Part.
