Section 1
Short title, extent and commencement
(1)
This Act may be called the Registration Act, 1908.
(2)
It extends to the whole of Bangladesh, except such districts or tracts of country as the Government may exclude from its operation.
(3)
It shall come into force on the first day of January, 1909.
