Section 1
Short title, extent and commencement
(1)
This Act may be called the Limitation Act, 1908.
(2)
It extends to the whole of Bangladesh.
(3)
This section and section 31 shall come into force at once. The rest of this Act shall come into force on the first day of January, 1909.
