Agreements collateral to wagering agreements void
OF CONTRACTS, VOIDABLE CONTRACTS AND VOID AGREEMENTS
6[30A. All agreements knowingly made to further or assist the entering into, effecting or carrying out, or to secure or guarantee the performance, of any agreement void under section 30, are void.
