OF THE MODE OF TAKING AND RECORDING EVIDENCE IN INQUIRIES AND TRIALS

417[The Supreme Court] shall from time to time, by general rule, prescribe the manner in which evidence shall be taken down in cases coming before the Court, and the evidence shall be taken down in accordance with such rule.
