Ex-officio Justices of the Peace.
OF THE CONSTITUTION OF CRIMINAL COURTS AND OFFICES
In virtue of their respective offices, the Judges of the 34[Supreme Court] are Justices of the Peace within and for of the whole of Bangladesh, Sessions Judges, 35[Chief Judicial Magistrate] and Metropolitan Magistrates] are Justices of the Peace within 36[their respective jurisdictions].
