Justice of the peace for the mafassal
OF THE CONSTITUTION OF CRIMINAL COURTS AND OFFICES
33[The Government] may, by notification in the official Gazette, appoint such persons resident within Bangladesh and not being the subjects of any foreign State as it thinks fit to be Justices of the Peace within and for the local area mentioned in such notification.
