Section 185Chapter XV
High Court Division to decide, in case of doubt, district where inquiry or trial shall take place
OF THE JURISDICTION OF THE CRIMINAL COURTS IN INQUIRIES AND TRIALS
(1) Whenever a question arises as to which of two or more Courts subordinate to 224[* * *] High Court Division ought to inquire into or try any offence, it shall be decided by 225[the] High Court Division.
